This class is 30 minutes to one hour in length every Friday from 11:00 a.m. PST until 12:00 p.m. PST. We recommend purchasing a Martial Arts Movement Mat and Judo Jaime the training uke for use with the workout. Please have resistance bands and light weight dumbells (not exceeding 5 pounds) prior to beginning the session. This workout is low impact and focusing on balance, posture, flexibility and technique.
